4th of July "weekend"

I thought the 4th of July was supposed to be a "Holiday"! Jon's Explorer died on him on the way home from work Friday (6/1/05). Needless to say, we car shopped ALL weekend. That was fun trying to get a car on a holiday weekend. Spent the day in Bryan Saturday. Sunday was spent in Houston. We got a car. Toyota Corolla '05, silver, standard. Jon loves it. It gets 41 mpg. Considering he travels 100+ miles round trip per day driving to work and to see Megan and Sidney during the week, it was the ideal car! Happy Anniversary to us! LOL We will be married 2 years July 6th! I love you Jon! I like your/our car! I got to spend time with mom and dad on Monday. I enjoyed you coming mom and dad. We spent the day eating hot dogs and playing cards (31). Next time you come, you better bring more money!!! Jon and I are getting better at cards, you better watch out! I love you mom and daddy.
